Refund policy
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
Returns
To qualify for our voluntary 30-day return policy, your item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused and with its original packaging where applicable.
You will also need your receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

Please contact us before sending anything back so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted under our voluntary 30-day return policy.
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us and we will provide appropriate return instructions.
Your statutory right to cancel
For most goods purchased online, UK consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
Once you tell us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
You may inspect the goods in the same way that you reasonably would in a shop. If the goods have been handled more than necessary and their value has been reduced, we may make a lawful deduction from your refund.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, not as described or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at:
Please include your order number and photographs where appropriate so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Exceptions
Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where UK consumer law permits this, including genuinely personalised or custom-made products.
Where an exclusion applies, this will be made clear before purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at:
Depending on the circumstances, the simplest option may be to return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it has been accepted.
Where a refund is due, it will be issued to your original payment method.
For cancellations made under your statutory online cancellation rights, we will also refund the cost of our least-expensive standard delivery option where required by law.
If you paid extra for a premium or express delivery service, the additional amount above the standard delivery cost will not normally be refunded.
Refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by UK consumer law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
